I sell 40 to 50 homes a year and have been in the Metro real estate business since 1984, always being an award winner. The hundreds of sales in my past have enabled me to realize just what the client needs and wants. I know the secrets to marketing your home and will share them with you.

I was Commodore of the Bedford Basin Yacht Club in 2000 – 2001 and continue to be active as an avid sailor at the club, having skippered our boat to be the Niagara Champ and Nova Scotia Ladies Keelboat champ. I was also on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team from 1997 – 2000, as my son Dana Williams was a member of the team and ranked 6th in the country. I am proud of these efforts and I feel they show that my community commitment extends beyond Bedford.

For many years I raised funds for sports programs, $50,000, until I realized that I could put this effort into aiding health issues and my friends would be very receptive. In the last 5 years I have raised by my small auctions over $35,000 for causes from Cystic Fibrosis, Multiple Sclerosis, and supporting a paraplegic athlete to make his dream of making the Canadian Ski Team.
